1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

Integrity Concrete Coatings provides professional concrete coating services, including but not limited to:

• Garage floor epoxy and polyurea coatings
• Pool deck and patio coatings
• Porch and walkway coatings
• Indoor and basement coatings
• Commercial and industrial concrete coating solutions
• Garage cabinetry and storage solutions

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Free quotes and estimates are provided based on the information you provide to us. All quotes are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Subject to site inspection and verification of conditions
• Not binding until a written contract is signed by both parties
• May be adjusted based on actual site conditions discovered during preparation

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any price changes before beginning work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees
• Liens may be filed for non-payment

You are responsible for all costs associated with the collection of unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

5. Warranties

Integrity Concrete Coatings provides a lifetime warranty on our coating installations, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer
• Proper maintenance and care must be followed as specified
• Damage from abuse, neglect, or improper use is not covered
• Acts of God, natural disasters, and extreme weather events are not covered
• Warranty claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of discovery

Our warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the project site
• Ensuring access to the work area during scheduled service times
• Moving vehicles and personal items from the work area
• Disclosing any known issues with the concrete surface
• Following all care and maintenance instructions provided
• Providing a safe work environment for our technicians
• Notifying us immediately of any concerns or issues

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit
• Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
• If we cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to the new date

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for damage to underlying concrete not caused by our work
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control
• You must inspect and approve work before our crew leaves the site

Our insurance coverage is limited to the types and amounts specified in our policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Integrity Concrete Coatings or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. We may use photos and descriptions of completed projects for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us
• If informal resolution fails, you agree to binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules
• The arbitration will take place in Illinois
• You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability
